Vogt Engineering, LLC

Tiffany Marascio joined Vogt Engineering as Marketing and Communications Director in 2024. She has a Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's Degree in Art from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery County's class of 2023. Tiffany has lived in Montgomery County for over 35 years.

Amanda Van Dusen is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the company. Since joining the team in 2012 as the bookkeeper, her role quickly expanded to leading all financial operations, human resources, and marketing. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills have streamlined accounting processes. Her highest priority is providing a positive work environment and facilitating growth opportunities for the team.

Originally from Indiana, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management from Purdue University. She is committed to giving back to the community and has served the community as a leader and volunteer for many local nonprofit organizations. 

Sergio Van Dusen, PE, has been with Vogt Engineering since 2001, accumulating extensive experience in design specific to the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. His background in quality engineering translates into an ability to streamline procedures based on data patterns. His keen eye for talent allows him to assemble and lead teams of driven professionals dedicated to customer service.

Sergio has provided site development and master infrastructure planning for office/commercial projects, as well as public works projects including road reconstruction, major water and sewer projects, and master planned communities.
