DESCRIPTION:We are excited to be celebrating the arrival of Fall\, and invite you to join in the celebrations!\n\n\n\nGODSPARK and Holiday House present the Harvest of Happiness Fall Musical and Dining Event\, featuring a Fall inspired four course meal\, with menus from two chefs\, and live Bluegrass music.\n\n\n\nThe Harvest of Happiness Fall Dining Event will feature a beautifully curated Fall Menu by Chef Andy of Angie's Choice Catering.\n\n \nOur Harvest of Happiness Dinner Event Menu Includes:\n\nAppetizers:\n\nPumpkin Crostini\, with roasted pumpkin puree\, Pecorino Romano Cheese\, fried sage\, on a crostini.\n\nSpinach Artichoke Dip\, served warm with crispy pitas.\n\nCheese and Cracker Display\, with a variety of delectable cheeses and crackers\, arranged beautifully with nuts and bread.\n\nSalad:\n\nHarvest Salad\, with roasted butternut squash\, toasted pepitas\, red delicious apple\, red onion\, candied pecans\, arugula\, sweet baby greens\, and romaine crowns.\n\nEntree:\n\nBeef Brochette and Gravy served over mashed potatoes\n\nRoasted Root Vegetables\, with yellow carrots\, parsnips\, red potatoes\, and sweet potatoes\, roasted to bring out their natural sweetness.\n\nDinner Rolls\n\n(A vegetarian option is available upon request\, and features Seared Polenta with roasted red peppers\, ribbons of zucchini and yellow squash\, with a balsamic reduction.
