This session will help you understand the unique challenges Veterans face\, like anxiety\, depression\, and stress\, and teach you how to better bridge the gap between civilian and military life\n\nThis isn't just a training it's your chance to take action. You'll walk away with practical skills like how to offer peer support\, communicate effectively\, and tackle tough mental health topics with confidence. These tools are the heart of what we do at Henry's Home\, and they help us build trust and connection in everything we do. When we all come together to understand more deeply\, we create a ripple effect of kindness that flows far beyond our ranch..\n\nWe'd love for you to join us!
