Nothing should be more important than your health and well-being. Because of this\, Jackie decided to change her nursing practice to be in alignment with her belief.\n\nShe has a family history of high blood pressure and diabetes and witnessed the ravishing effects they can have on the body. Multiple family members lost limbs due to diabetes\, and her brother died from a heart attack at the young age of 55 years old due to uncontrolled blood pressure. These complications can be prevented.\n\nThe mission of Piris Health Coaching & Consulting is to revolutionize healthcare by empowering individuals with essential tools and knowledge to take charge of their health and well-being.\n\nThe vision is to create a world where everyone has the power to achieve optimal health.
