DESCRIPTION:Engage the Artist within - A 3 Station workshop for ages 10 to 16.  Supplies and Snacks provided.\n\n\n\nStation 1\n\nIntroduction of Sculpture with Craig Campobella: Learn armature building\, clay choices\, foundation work and more.\n\n\n\nStation 2\n\nFoundational Painting Methods with Tatiana Samoylova and Kirsten Beard: Lean color mixing\, light\, shadow\, value\, techniques with oil or acrylic paint to take home\n\n\n\nStation 3\n\nBeginner Pottery Hand-building with Dee Dee Mangum.  Design the shape\, decoration and color of your pottery. Finished works will be fired and ready to take home in 3 weeks\n\n\n\n2 Scholarships are available\, with a submission deadline of July 15th.. To apply\, aspiring artists must submit a 250 work essay outline the significance of this opportunity to their artistic journey.
