DESCRIPTION:Woodforest National Bank  will host the 13th Annual Woodforest Bank Charity Run at Heritage Park in downtown Conroe. This year's race will include a 10K run/walk sponsored by Insperity Invitational and a 5K run/walk sponsored by Convergint. \n\n \n\nPlus\, there will be the popular "Barkley Shoe Dash" for kids ages 5-7 and 8-12. Participants start the race with one shoe\, dash 50 yards to retrieve and put on their shoe from a pile of competing runners' shoes\, then dash back 50 yards to the finish line.\n\n \n\nAfter the races\, the participants\, spectators\, and volunteers will enjoy a family-friendly Post Race Party with music\, food and beverages\, fun jumps\, snow cones\, and an awards ceremony. \n\nNet proceeds benefit Woodforest Charitable Foundation.
