DESCRIPTION:The Youth to Career Fair is a dynamic\, hands-on career exploration event designed to inspire thousands of 7th grade students from across our region. Hosted by the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and presented by Rave Financial Credit Union\, this immersive experience broadens horizons and opens doors to the many career opportunities available right here in our own backyard.\n\nStudents will engage directly with local employers across every major industry sector STEM\, health sciences\, business\, energy\, hospitality\, law and public service\, construction\, agriculture\, manufacturing\, transportation\, arts and communications\, and more. Each booth will feature interactive demonstrations\, hands-on manipulatives\, and real-world activities to spark curiosity and help students imagine their future.\n\nThis fair is intentionally scheduled to align with career pathway decisions in high school\, ensuring that students connect what they learn with endorsement tracks\, certifications\, and higher education opportunities.
