Developed in direct response to feedback from our Chamber Day business visits, the SOAR Academy (Skills, Opportunities, Advancement, Readiness) equips employees with the essential soft skills employers say are most needed in today’s workplace. This two-part program, delivered in five targeted modules over two half-day sessions (one week apart), is designed to strengthen workplace performance, enhance teamwork, and foster long-term career readiness.

Training Modules Include:

• Professionalism – projecting competence and building trust

• Accountability – taking ownership and delivering results

• Communication – connecting effectively across roles and channels

• Conflict Resolution – navigating challenges constructively

• Critical Thinking – analyzing and problem-solving with confidence

Upon completion, participants will receive a SOAR Academy Certificate of Achievement—a professional credential that can be added to resumes, performance reviews, and personnel files as a testament to their enhanced workplace skills.
