Woodforest to Set Tails Wagging Feb. 23

Friendly Fidos and their human companions are invited to celebrate National Dog Biscuit Day noon to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, at The Palm, 251 Central Pine Street. The Montgomery County community will be handing out free dog treats in honor of man’s best friend. The event is open to all.
