Nonprofit Organization
The Standard Institute is a Conroe-based nonprofit serving young men ages 13–21 through mentorship, workforce development, technology access, and community-based experiences. Our programs include CREED mentorship for teens, LAUNCH for young adults, and the Miami Love Workforce Lab, which provides access to career readiness resources, computers, workshops, and one-on-one support. We help young men build discipline, ownership, readiness, and stronger pathways toward education, employment, and adulthood.
