This month, Carl’s Quality Cooling and Heating officially marks 20 years of providing premier HVAC services to Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. Since its humble beginnings in 2006, the company has grown from a single technician in a pickup truck to an industry leader with a fleet of over 20 vehicles and nearly 40 employees, all while remaining independently family-owned and operated. Founded by Carl and Heidi, the business was built on a foundation of military discipline and a "word-of-mouth" reputation. Reflecting on the early years, Carl recalls starting with zero customers and handing out business cards at every gas station and restaurant in town to keep the bills paid. Two decades later, the company has stayed true to its "Quality" namesake, refusing to be bought out by private equity firms in order to uphold its personal, family-centered values.With over 80 years of combined experience, Carl’s Quality offers 24/7 residential and commercial service with integrity.
