CASA Superhero Run (Virtual Event!)
Kids in foster care need everyday heroes... Find the SUPERHERO in you! 8 week virtual event series (1 mile, 5K, 10K, 8 mile), Half-Marathon, and Hero ZeroK (you can do zero and still be a HERO!) and fundraiser beginning on Saturday, September 26, 2020 and ending Saturday, November 21, 2020. Virtual running event! Your distance or series, your schedule, your way! Featuring the Capes for CASA Team Fundraising Competition (adult and youth divisions), individual fundraising prizes, and the #SuperheroSelfie social media photo contest with prizes! The deadline to register for any event to GUARANTEE a shirt and medal is Friday, August 21, 2020. After that date, shirts and medals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Event proceeds benefit children in foster care served by CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County.

Location
VIRTUAL EVENT! Choose your distance or run/walk the whole series. You decide your own course - run around your neighborhood, walk laps around your pool, or take to the trails! It's all up to you! (P.S. If you're planning to participate in another distance event, this virtual series is an excellent way to train...)
Fees/Admission
-- Superhero Series (4 race distances: 1 mile + 5K + 10K + 8 mile) - $100 -- Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - $100 -- Individual distances (choose up to 3: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, or 8 mile) - $30 each -- Hero ZeroK (do nothing and STILL be a HERO; you'll still get a t-shirt and medal) - $40
