Allison Boyd has almost 20 years of experience in grant writing and project management.  As an active member of the Grant Professionals Association, she is one of only 24 Grant Professionals Certified in Texas.  Allison has the skills and background in all sides of development, from co-chairing successful fundraising campaigns to proposal development and implementation.  This robust history creates the ability to present applications that are through, concise and most importantly, conscious to the cause at hand.

Schedule (June - August 2025)
Month 1: Laying the Foundation - Identifying funding goals, assess readiness and build a strong strategy
Month 2: Strategy & Alignment - Prioritize funders, craft compelling proposals and refine compliance, and long-term success.
Month 3: Implementation & Review - Learn best practices for managing deadlines, compliance and long-term success.
