General Mediation Training

Sponsored by: The Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County, Texas The learner will acquire general mediation knowledge and techniques through training on the history of mediation, overview of Alternative Dispute Resolution legislation in Texas, conflict resolution & mediation theory and practice, mediation process and skills, learner self-awareness, communication skills, mediator ethics, and professional considerations of the practice. Please note: Registrant must have access to a personal computer with a working camera and microphone and must be physically present for the entire duration of the training.
