A culture of accountability is based on a combination of strong leadership and management skills along with a set of proven tools and techniques. It doesn’t matter whether you are a for profit business or a non-profit organization, you need the same skills and tools to be successful. Learn how you can start building a culture of accountability and engagement.

Rainee is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur who has spent her career working with businesses and organizations of various sizes—and across many industries—to achieve and sustain operational excellence. She believes that when you transform an organization or business, you are really changing the lives of its people, empowering them to directly enhance their families, relationships, and the communities in which they live.

Everyone who leads, works for, or supports our area non-profits is invited to attend. This is an open meeting for our Roundtables and prospective members are especially encouraged to attend.
