LIFT (Living Information for Today®) is a social support program that helps widows and widowers

“The goal of LIFT is to create an atmosphere of comfort and support for those who have experienced the loss of a spouse by reinvesting emotional energy through fellowship, learning and living.
We hope to reinforce a sense of wholeness and purpose in those who may be feeling lost and alone by providing an opportunity for improved quality of life through personal involvement and contribution.”
 
LIFT is a social support program.  It is not grief support.  LIFT allows widows and widowers to be around people who share similar situations….going from “2” down to “1.”
