Join Montgomery County Food Bank and Lone Star Family Health Center for an interactive four session series for parents and caregivers that play a key role in planning, purchasing and preparing food for their families. All events are on Facebook Live.

10/5 Session 1: MyPlate Family Meals
10/12 Session 2: How Much Food and Physical Activity
10/19 Session 3: Simple Solutions to Fruits and Vegetables
10/26 Session 4: Family Time Activity and Fun

At the end of every class, participants receive reinforcement items that go along with each lesson plus a 5lb bag of FREE fresh produce courtesy of Montgomery County Food Bank.
