Non-Profit Grant Strategy Training Academy
The Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Boyd Grants to offer a three-month personalized grant strategy academy, including both group and one-on-one sessions, that will deliver results tailored for your non-profit organization.
Take control of your grant seeking efforts with this structured, hands-on training program designed to help you build a sustainable grant strategy.
During the three month academy participants will:
- Develop a personalized grant calendar
- Refine proposal-writing skills, and
- Establish a system for managing grant cycles effectively
Month 1: Laying the Foundation - Identifying funding goals, assess readiness and build a strong strategy
Month 2: Strategy & Alignment - Prioritize funders, craft compelling proposals and refine compliance, and long-term success.
Month 3: Implementation & Review - Learn best practices for managing deadlines, compliance and long-term success.

Boyd Grants will schedule the one-on-one meetings with each non-profit organization.

Regular Retail Price: $13,000
Chamber Price: $600 (or $200 each month)
