Session Description: Peacebuilding/Conflict Transformation: East & Central Africa (1.00 hour) Dr. Célestin Musekura will present on how his extensive experiences can enhance mediators, attorneys, and other peacekeepers’ mediation skills and techniques. Drawing from his expertise in peacebuilding and conflict transformation in East and Central Africa, Dr. Musekura will provide unique insights into the challenges and opportunities for mediation and reconciliation in regions impacted by violence and injustice. His lessons are directly applicable to the professional lives of attorneys and other professionals, offering valuable perspectives on effective mediation and conflict resolution skillsets.
