People’s Law School

Want to learn more about the legal system and your rights? Attend the free Montgomery County People’s Law School on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Doors will open at 8 a.m., and presentations will be from 9 a.m. until noon at Sam Houston State University – The Woodlands Center located at 3380 College Park Dr., The Woodlands, TX, 77384.
 
The People’s Law School is a free event that is open to the public and offers a half-day curriculum featuring volunteer attorneys and legal experts who teach courses designed to educate members of the community about their legal rights and offer a better understanding of the legal system and how it can work for them.
 
Guests will hear individual speakers and panel discussions on topics including:
 

• Divorce and Child Custody
• Guardianship, Probate, and Estate Planning
• Insurance/Personal Injury
• Immigration
• Consumer Law
• Foreclosure and Eviction
