Haley Paul is an attorney with the law firm of Greathouse Holloway McFadden Trachtenberg. Her practice focuses on labor and employment consulting, as well as employment litigation. Ms. Paul is experienced in drafting and enforcing employment agreements, including non-solicitation and non-compete agreements. Paul has successfully represented employers during investigations by various state and government agencies, including Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Texas Workforce Commission and has represented and counseled employers through Form I-9 audits by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
