Ribbon Cutting - Second Chance Families

Second Chance Families is a non-profit based in Montgomery that assist families that are currently reported to Child Protective Services (CPS) in order for the children to remain with their families. Grand Re-opening/Ribbon Cutting serving refreshments. Collaborative event to do a school supply drive.
