This program, delivered in five targeted modules over two early evening sessions, is designed to strengthen students' career potential, equipping them with the essential soft skills needed in today's workplace, enhancing teamwork and fostering long-term career readiness.

Training Modules Include:

• Professionalism – projecting competence and building trust

• Accountability – taking ownership and delivering results

• Communication – connecting effectively across roles and channels

• Conflict Resolution – navigating challenges constructively

• Critical Thinking – analyzing and problem-solving with confidence

Upon completion, participants will receive a SOAR Academy Certificate of Achievement—a professional credential that can be added to resumes, performance reviews, and personnel files as a testament to their enhanced workplace skills.
