Developed in direct response to feedback from our Chamber Day business visits, the SOAR Academy (Skills, Opportunities, Advancement, Readiness) equips employees with the essential soft skills employers say are most needed in today’s workplace. This two-session program, delivered in five targeted modules over two half-day sessions, is designed to strengthen workplace performance, enhance teamwork, and foster long-term career readiness.

Session 2 Modules Include:

• Realign and Ice Breaker

• Conflict Resolution – Navigating challenges constructively

• Critical Thinking – Analyzing and problem-solving with confidence

• ​Wrap Up 

Upon completion, participants will receive a SOAR Academy Certificate of Achievement—a professional credential that can be added to resumes, performance reviews, and personnel files as a testament to their enhanced workplace skills.
