The Glow Edit: Women’s Wellness Festival at Lake Conroe Beach Park

The Glow Edit is a full-day women’s wellness festival bringing movement, beauty, mental wellness, education, local businesses and community together on the waterfront at Lake Conroe Beach Park.

Held on World Mental Health Day, the experience is designed for women in every stage of life to move, reset, recharge, learn and connect.

Guests can spend the day exploring Pilates, Pure Barre, yoga, cycling, paddleboard yoga, floating meditation, pelvic floor and core education, HIGH FITNESS, stretch and recovery experiences, mental wellness programming, a women’s wellness panel, sound healing, beauty and self-care activations, creative workshops, local vendors, food, music, giveaways and more.
