Phone/Customer Service
· Arrive to work on time prepared
· Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable during their visit and leave a positive impact
· Handles incoming phone calls in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
· Direct incoming calls to appropriate Team Members
· Screen calls to protect all Team Members time
Printing
· Assist all Team members/Builders and Clients as requested in making prints
· Prepare copies of sketches for upcoming meeting of the day
· Keep accurate accounts of prints to be billed
· Keep accurate account of number of printers per clients’ contract
Computer
· Frequently check emails and information page emails and promptly respond
· Input and maintain accurate client information in Share Point
· Access

General Office Duties
· Support and assist Team Members throughout the day to ensure flow of daily schedule
· Maintain and update schedule daily
· Keep conference rooms and front office clean, organized, and prepared for the next meeting
· Obtain information needed for projects as requested by team members/clients
· Establish, maintain, and retrieve files as requested
· Keep kitchen stocked with supplies
· Take trash out daily
· Keep refrigerator stocked with complimentary drinks for clients
· Coordinate holiday parties/corporate events
