Kathy Soliz is the Director of Three Cross Meat Ministry, a Texas nonprofit serving 22 counties through the distribution of donated protein to organizations helping those in need. Passionate about community impact, Kathy works alongside businesses, volunteers, churches, and nonprofit partners to fight food insecurity and provide hope to families across Texas. Through strategic partnerships and servant leadership, she helps transform generosity into hundreds of thousands of meals each year.
