If coming from Houston, take Highway 45 North, exit and turn left on Highway 105, take that west for approximately 20 minutes, turn right on Walden Road, and another right on Margaritaville Pkwy.

About Us

Put on your flip flops, plan your escape and set your coordinates to fun and relaxation – Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston, scheduled to open in the summer of 2020, will offer guests their own license to chill in one of 303 luxury suites and 32 waterfront cottages.

Inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of singer, songwriter and best-selling author Jimmy Buffett, this new Margaritaville Resort is situated on 186 waterfront acres on the shores of beautiful Lake Conroe, Texas.
