About Us

We are a large-scale residential community featuring two sections: a 55+ Active Adult section and an All-Ages section. For the 55+ section, we have activities and amenities that are designed specifically for the wants and needs of homebuyers 55 years of age or better. Our gated 55+ section provides a great opportunity to socialize with neighbors at a similar stage in life and stay active and engaged.
For our residents living on our All-Age Creekside Village section will have access to the resort pool, walking trails, lakes, outdoor seating areas, picnic pavilion, pet park, and playground.
