Craig Boudreaux, D.O. is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Medical Director at Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (SHSU-COM). Dr. Boudreaux joined the faculty in 2019 and participates in curriculum development and clinical practice development as Medical Director of SHSU Physicians.

After receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996, Dr. Boudreaux completed a three year residency in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch - Family Medicine Residency in Conroe Texas where he served the indigent patient population of Montgomery County, Texas. 

As the Director of Marketing, PR, and Communications at Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (SHSU-COM), I bring over a decade of experience in strategic marketing and communications. My background spans higher education, healthcare, and corporate settings, where I have driven successful branding initiatives, digital marketing strategies, and public relations campaigns. At SHSU-COM, I lead efforts to elevate the university's visibility, manage media relations, and oversee the development of engaging content that reflects the institution’s mission and values.

I’m also passionate about community involvement, serving as an adult leader for the Walker County 4-H Horse Club and volunteering with the Junior Service League, where I contribute to local youth development and service projects.

Thomas J. Mohr, MS, DO,  FACOI, FAOGME serves as the dean of the Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (SHSU-COM). He previously served as associate dean for Graduate Medical Education at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, where he assisted in the development and accreditation of their new School of Osteopathic Medicine and launched multiple new residency programs with the assistance of grants awarded by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
