We are Professional Realtors who have been servicing Buyers and Sellers in Texas Since July 2003. We love what we do and love being a part of this community. Our specialties include single family homes, investment properties, land, vacation homes, condo's, townhomes, etc. Our Broker is out of the Dallas area, however, Ultima Real Estate has over 350 Realtors working all over Texas. Our home office is in Willis Texas, but we are also familiar with Conroe, Montgomery, Livingston, Huntsville, Onalaska, Trinity, and areas of Houston. We believe in great customer service! We treat you as if you are family! We understand a home is one of your most valuable assets and in this challenging economy, we understand you need to get the most for your hard earned dollar.
A little bit more about us! We have five grown children between the two of us, two grandchildren and a third one on the way! Brenda has a background in accounting and personal loan finance, and Jim has a background in construction, farming, drafting & more. Between the two of us, we can help you to the best of our ability. We consider ourselves a great team, and work together on each transaction - so you get two for the price of one! We are a military family with one child currently serving in the Air Force, a Navy Veteran, and an Army Veteran. We understand what it is like to be a military family and are very considerate of our Military's needs.
