Grand Central Park Kicks Off Summer With Sunshine, Shopping June 6

The Grand Central Park Artisan Market will kick off summer with sunshine, shopping and local flavor, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 6. In addition to local vendors offering artisan goods such as clothing, jewelry, home decor, baked goods and more, picnic tables complete with checkered tablecloths will dot The Lake House, 1039 Lake House Drive in Conroe. Attendees can play lawn games and pick up a cool treat at an ice cream food truck. Purchase food from two different food trucks, get a stamp on the Food Truck Passport and enter to win a prize. Additional activities will include a live DJ, food trucks and adoptable pets waiting to meet their forever families. The market continues Sept. 5, Oct. 3, Nov. 7 and Dec. 5.
