Military Cultural Competency Training

At Henry’s Home, we’re here to create a place of healing, understanding, and connection. Our equine-assisted learning programs give Veterans and Retired First Responders a chance to grow and find hope with the help of our amazing rescued horses. To make this mission even stronger, we’re inviting you to join our Military Cultural Competency Training. This session will help you understand the unique challenges Veterans face, like anxiety, depression, and stress, and teach you how to better bridge the gap between civilian and military life

This isn’t just a training—it’s your chance to take action. You’ll walk away with practical skills like how to offer peer support, communicate effectively, and tackle tough mental health topics with confidence. These tools are the heart of what we do at Henry’s Home, and they help us build trust and connection in everything we do.
