Jackie is a Transformational Health & Wellness Coach for middle-aged adults struggling with high blood pressure. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, and community volunteer. Jackie has been a nurse for almost 3 decades. During this time, she realized that our healthcare system is broken. Nothing should be more important than your health and well-being. Because of this, Jackie decided to change her nursing practice to be in alignment with her belief.

She has a family history of high blood pressure and diabetes and witnessed the ravishing effects they can have on the body. Multiple family members lost limbs due to diabetes, and her brother died from a heart attack at the young age of 55 years old due to uncontrolled blood pressure. These complications can be prevented.
